Rosana Salgado

She has been working for the CNC organization over five years now. In 2012, she graduated from Everest Institute. Her degree was in Medical Billing & Coding. As she compleed her education, she started her employment with CNC as an Intake Specilist in the Refugee Department. CNC is a non-profict organization that provides human services to persons in need from all racial and ethnic groups. CNC assists individuals to become self-reliant and builds bridges among America’s diverse communities.

The Refugee Department in particular specializes in person, that recently arrived at the country with a Parole. This department will councel the newcomer as to life in the United States and as soon as they obtain their Work Permit will help them in finding jobs. An Intake  Specialist is the first person that receive these individuals and create a file with all their information (Areas of interest, work experience, school, etc.)

With outstanding goals and focus, Rosana was quickly promoted to a new position of Data Entry. In this position Rosana prepared and compiled the require documents for data entry, verify data and correct dates where necessary and checked source documents for accuracy.

In 2016, she was promoted again t Case Manager in the same department. As a Case Manager she maintains client’s records by reviewing case notes, logging events and progress. Handle case assigments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure.

In 2015, her son Jaydan Hernandez, started Kindergarten at Alpha Charter of Excellence School. The School Board offered her the oportunity to become a member of the Board in 2018. With honor and privilege, she will be representing the parents and the community of this school as secretary.
